New York City Police Officers Claim Forced Quotas 

New York City police officers sat down for an interview earlier this week to discuss the tactics used for meeting monthly arrest quotas.  All of the officers interviewed were minorities who even went as far as recording conversations with the higher ups about the quotas.  

NYC Police Department "Whore Trying to Act Like a Lady" 

The officers claim that they are told that arrests should be simple due to the area that they are working in but the officers insist that the the NYC police department is "whore trying to act like a lady."

The NYC commissioner's response? 

"Bullshit. Bullshit is my response."  

Well, that is indeed a response.  William Bratton stated that the department values the quality of arrests and summonses verses the quantity.
